Nov. 4th BookMarks

With the first taste of fall in the air, do your thoughts turn to curling up with a good book? Is there a booklover or bibliophile on your holiday gift list? If so, then you won’t want to miss the CPCC Libraries’ fourth BookMarks event. A copy of this event’s newsletter can be accessed here. The theme for this BookMarks is “Books That Make Great Gifts,” and we’ll be joined by Frazer Dobson and Sally Brewster of Park Road Books, who are famous for their great book talks. You just might discover a new author or find the perfect gift for that discriminating reader!

Join library staff on November 4 in LR404 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. for another great “lunch and books” session. Drinks and dessert will be provided. Don’t forget to sign up for BookMarks in LearnerWeb for professional development credit.

Park Road Books will also be accepting orders for books and will be able to take credit cards for purchases at the event.

If you have any questions about the event, please contact Jennifer Arnold at 4418.
